Our apple juices are unique.
The distinct and complex flavours are the result of careful blending in tiny batches using mainly old and unusual Devon varieties. Each apple comes from our own un-sprayed traditional orchard, hand-planted in early 2009. We pick, press and bottle on site: with benefits for the environment, wildlife, our beautiful landscape and the flavour and quality of our juices.
We also use our apples, along with our farm-grown herbs and soft-fruit, to make a range of other products: raw, unpasteurised cider vinegar (with ‘mother’); cider vinegar infused with rosemary; cider vinegar blended with fresh blackcurrants; apple balsamic vinegar (100% apples); apple syrup (100% apples); blackcurrant cordial; and, fresh apple & blackcurrant juice.
We supply selected shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants in North Devon, find us at a local Farmers’ Market, or buy direct from our orchard.
We are certified as a Wholesome Food Association Affiliated Producer: producing food grown locally by natural, planet-friendly methods. For more information on the WFA, visit their website at www.wholesome-food.org.
